Tyler Perry’s BET series “Sistas” is back! The show’s 10th season premiere will air on January 7th, 2026 at 9pm, and this season is set to feature some new faces. Jordan Coleman and Tunde Oyeneyin are joining the cast as series regulars, with fellow stars KJ Smith, Mignon, and Crystal Renee Hayslett.

Tyler Perry’s BET series “Sistas” is coming back in the new year! The 10th season of the hit show will air on January 7th, 2026 at 9pm, with new episodes dropping weekly on Wednesdays.

The Atlanta-based dramedy follows a group of single Black women as they navigate their complicated love lives, careers, and friendships through the ups and downs of living in a modern world of social media and unrealistic relationship goals. They must navigate this new-age dating scene as they search for love in their 30s.

The upcoming 10th season of “Sistas” is written by Courtney Glaude, directed by Armani Ortiz, and executive produced by Tyler Perry, and features an ensemble cast including KJ Smith, Mignon, Ebony Obsidian, Novi Brown, Crystal Renee’ Hayslett, Devale Ellis, Chido Nwokocha, Brian Jordan Jr., Angela “Angie” Beyincé, Branden Wellington, Chris Warren, and Kevin A. Walton.

Tyler Perry’s “Beauty in Black” is back: Season 2 Part 2 of the hit series is set to premiere on Netflix on March 19th, 2026.

Netflix has also announced that “Beauty in Black” has been renewed for Season 3, which will be the final season of the series. The final batches of episodes promise to bring “Kimmie’s journey with the Bellarie family to an epic conclusion,” per Netflix.

Written, directed, and produced by Perry, “Beauty in Black” stars Taylor Polidore Williams, Crystle Stewart, and Amber Reign Smith, among others. The series follows two women who, despite their differences, eventually find themselves entangled in each other’s lives. The drama is part of Perry’s previously announced multi-year first-look deal with Netflix, where he is set to write, direct, and produce series for the streamer.

Tyler Perry and DeVon Franklin are set to produce “Tis So Sweet,” the second film produced by the duo in collaboration for Netflix, as part of their partnership with the streamer to produce faith-based films under a multi-year, multi-picture, first-look deal.  

The upcoming film will be directed by Tasha Smith, adapted from a screenplay by Randy Brown. The film stars Taraji P. Henson and Joey Bada$$, and expands the story’s emotional range with a multigenerational ensemble cast. Tyler Perry and DeVon Franklin will produce, with Tony Strickland and Angi Bones serving as executive producers for Tyler Perry Studios, alongside Bart Lipton.

“Tis So Sweet” marks the latest project in Perry’s expansive creative relationship with Netflix, as he also has multi-year, first-look series and features deals with Netflix that sees Perry write, direct and produce a variety of projects.

Tyler Perry has set the cast for his upcoming Netflix project, “Why Did I Get Married Again?” — a sequel to his 2007 and 2010 films. Perry himself is set to star in the film, and joining him in the cast are Taraji P. Henson, Jill Scott, Richard T. Jones, Tasha Smith, Michael Jai White, Lamman Rucker, Sharon Leal, Armani Greer, Everett Osborne, Da’Vinchi, Laya Deleon Hayes, Jaden Michael, Charles L. Smith, Derrick A. King, and Sydney Winbush.

In this new sequel, the couples from “Why Did I Get Married?” and “Why Did I Get Married Too?” reunite in celebration as Marcus (White) and Angela’s (Smith) daughter prepares to tie the knot. After being apart for quite some time, they learn quickly that as much as things change, they stay the same. Realizing their children have grown up to be so much like them, they must reflect on the examples they’ve set and ask themselves that age-old question, why did they get married… again?

In addition to his starring role, Perry will write and direct the film, and produce alongside Angi Bones and Tony Strickland. “Why Did I Get Married Again?” is the latest in a creative partnership with Netflix, which has him writing, directing and producing films and TV series for the streamer. Tyler Perry and DeVon Franklin’s faith-based film “Ruth & Boaz” is now streaming on Netflix. This is the first project as part of Perry and Franklin’s partnership with the streamer to produce faith-based films under a multi-year, multi-picture, first-look deal.

Written by Mike Elliott and Cory Tynan and produced by Tyler Perry and DeVon Franklin, “Ruth & Boaz” stars Serayah, Tyler Lepley, Phylicia Rashad, Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds and Jermaine Dupri. The film is a modern-day retelling of the story of Ruth and Boaz, an iconic Biblical love story. Set in Tennessee, the film follows a young woman who escapes the Atlanta music scene to care for an elderly widowed woman, only to find the love of her life and gain the mother she never had.
